| Q: What versions of Windows do your plugins support? A: Our plug-ins is made for Windows 2000 / XP. That does not mean that they won’t work on older DOS based Windows versions like 98 and Me, but we do no longer support issues related to these operating systems. Q: When I update your plugins, can I then be sure that they will work with my old songs? A: Yes, our updates are always backward compatible. For that reason we never add parameters or change presets once a product is released.
Q: I wonder if you plan to release your plugins for Mac too? A: Yes, we got plans for that but we got no timeline. |

Q: I have downloaded a file several times but each time it seems to be corrupt. What is wrong with it? A: Sometimes files get corrupted during download. Unfortunately, when you try to download again, the web browser often just pretends it is downloading the file again while in fact it is just presenting the file from its cache (the corrupted one). To solve this you must clear out your cache / delete temporary internet files before downloading again. |

Q: The plugs load, but not the GUI. I can select presets, but the controls do not even show in the "standard GUI" as provided by directixer. A: Directixer, under properties -> Options, Check "Alternative Window Sizing Method". That should solve your problem.
Q: I'm using them in Sonar through their VST wrapper. When I run the wrapper, it detects all the plugins, but they all end-up with the same name so only the one with that name becomes available within Sonar.
Older versions of their wrapper seem to have problems with long directory structures and long file names; the problem should be solved in version 4.4. |

Q: What do I really buy when purchasing your software? A: You are purchasing a lifetime License to use the software as detailed in the License Agreement. All updates for the licensed software will be free up to an eventual major update, i.e.; if you purchase a version 1.xx product, all updates up to version 1.99 will be free. An upgrade to Version 2.xx will require a purchase.
Q: What copy protection scheme do you use? A: We use a unique "License Key File". This protection is hardware independent, so you won't have to request a new key after a hardware upgrade or when switching to another PC.
Q: Where can I find the updates for your products and do I have to reregister? A: Download and install the latest trial version of the product. There is no reason to re-register. The upgraded product will locate the original license.
Q: Nothing happens when I click "About" on the plug-in. How can I register? A: Some Hosts have an “always on top” function that might hide the dialog used to load the license key. Try to minimize the host windows or the host application itself. |
